A. Shipping Information

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, what item(s) you ordered and due to circumstances outside of our control, such as Weather, Strikes or Holiday Season.

Below is a general guideline for shipping times/ amounts.

Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. (Please note that orders outside the US will take a bit longer)

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of the day of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries.)

At this time we do not offer faster shipping times, but that option will be available in the very near future. We are currently in the process of partnering with new fulfillment centers which will speed up our shipping times significantly.

For international orders (and in rare occasions, US orders), delays can occur in-transit or holds at the local customs office, or back-orders, so it’s possible to take up to 6-7 weeks for an order to be delivered.

Tracking information isn’t available for every country and can delay in updates. Please refer to the estimated timetable above from your order date to find out when you can expect your order.

Additional fees, such as customs fees, may apply for international orders and we are not responsible for such fees.

B. Returns

What is your returns and replacement policy?

Because our products are custom printed and unique to each Product, we only offer replacements on items that are materially flawed. If your order is defective, please file a claim with a photograph of the defective item sends to email

Please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
  • The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered

Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items

If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.

Important note:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

In the rare event that you are unhappy with the fit of the shoes, we can process a coupon 50% off for you. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just click on the Size Charts link to find your best fit!

Exchanging Shoes Items (Sizing issues and just for shoes):

If you want to exchange a pair of shoes because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the issue. Please email to begin the process. If you ordered a pair of shoes (for example size US7), and they arrive per order as a US7, but do not fit you because of your particular foot type, we will send you a coupon 50% off to reorder a new pair. You can donate the old pair to a good cause or a friend in need.

Size exchange requests that differ by more than 1 size from the original size ordered will be considered a customer-input error and will not be eligible for exchange by us.

The coupon 50% off will only be allowed once per order.

If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we cannot accept responsibility for this.
